We are essentially a school for the soul.

This gradual death is often associated with a gradual increase in stress, fatigue, illness, and burnout. We are here to let you know that you are not alone in this process, but you don’t have to live your life this way. It is possible to uphold all of your responsibilities but to do so with balance, peace, and happiness in your life.
We help burned out and busy individuals and groups reconnect with their soul’s purpose and rediscover the passion of life. In doing so, we also help to reduce stress, burnout, and illness. This is achieved through the following services:
1. Mind – To calm the chaos of the mind we offer regular yoga and meditation classes. To help educate the mind, we offer free newsletters, articles, and webinars on stress management techniques, health-care tips, work-life balance strategies, and more.
2. Body – To strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and release tension we offer yoga and movement classes.
3. Soul – To reconnect with your soul’s purpose we offer soul guidance counseling, retreats, dream work sessions, and art therapy. Everyone’s soul is unique so we do not subscribe to cookie-cutter programs to engage your soul, we work with you directly to help guide you back to inner knowing. This helps to increase confidence, trusting yourself, and overall happiness.
Finally, we combine all of these services into landmark programs like Burnout to Bliss and some of our retreats so that you can get an integrated approach to connecting your body, mind, and soul as one. If you look at the nature of life throughout the world, nothing survives on its own. The same is true for each of us. When we figure out how to integrate our thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and deepest desires we can thrive in any environment!
