We make every effort to offer delicious, healthy, and creative meals with simple ingredients at Pura Vida. All of our meals are vegetarian by standard, but we offer many vegan and gluten-free options as well.
At this time, meals are only available during retreats and special events. We do NOT offer meals as part of our AirBNB program. All meals are a set menu that are communicated with retreat guests in advance of their stay.

A heart-warming butternut squash soup served with corn chips

Gluten-free noodles, tomatoes, onion, and basil tossed with balsamic vinegar and nutritional yeast.
Garlic Herbed Potatoes
Warm roasted potatoes tossed with parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil.
Mini Raw Chocolate Pudding Pies
Raw chocolate chia pudding with a peanut butter and coconut crust.

Deconstructed veggie fajita bowl with quinoa, fresh veggies, beans, and peppers in a delicious tomato sauce. Served with avocado, tomatoes, cheese and nacho chips.

A mixture of delicious berries topped with a baked oat crisp. Served with coconut whipped cream.

Salted Turtle Overnight Oats
A healthy morning treat of chocolately oats topped with pecans and sweetened naturally.
All meals are served during the time indicated on the agenda. Please be advised that if you miss a meal period you will be required to find your own meal. Due to our small facility and staff we do not have the ability to prepare meals at alternate times. If you will be arriving after the meal period on Friday evening, please make arrangements to grab dinner during your travels.
If you require vegan or gluten-free meal options, please remind us of your requirements upon arrival. We make every effort to keep our meals wholesome and hypoallergenic, but due to the increased number of food allergies present we are not always able to meet all requests. Please discuss with us prior to booking if you have concerns.
