Hot Stone Energy Meditation

Slip into a deep state of relaxation in this workshop that combines hot stones, crystals, and singing bowls in your meditation experience. The session will begin with a brief introduction before you settle into a comfortable position on you yoga mat, supported by bolsters, pillows, and blankets. As you relax, warmed hot rocks will be placed on your body (on top of clothing) to help your body release stress and tension. Then individually selected crystals will be placed in key places on or around your body to help your higher self re-align with your body and tap into the unique needs of your soul. Once all the stones are placed, you will slip into a deeper state of meditation as we use the benefits of singing bowls and sound to access the frequencies of healing. If you wish, Jennifer may also offer energy work during these sessions but it is optional.
The session will conclude with an opportunity for reflection and discussion to integrate any experiences that may have arisen during the workshop.
Facilitator: Jennifer Kavanagh
Jennifer is the creator of The Soul Institute and has been offering hot stone restorative sessions for over 7 years. In recent years she has created a signature service that combines the hot stone experience with intuitive energy healing work, crystals, and sound. She has studied yoga, meditation, and contemplative practices around the world and blends her knowledge with grounded experience.
Cost:
$40+ HST per person
A $20 non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the workshop. Cash is appreciated and preferred.
