Host your next special event in our private 20-acre forest between Orillia & Gravenhurst. Choose one of our special event packages below or ask us about customizing something special for your group!
Packages
Special event packages are three hours long and include the following:
- Your choice of 1-Hour Guided Group Activity for up to 12 Guests
- Space rental for 3 hours for your event
- Coffee & Tea
- Access to the Artful Forest Trail
Our private remote location lets you slip away into your own world with your group! Feel free to be yourselves and talk about whatever you like without fear of being overheard!

Cost: $350 flat rate per party (this fee includes up to 12 guests).
To Book: Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance by contacting us at info@soulinstitute.ca or by calling 705-689-8950. Events must be pre-paid for at the time of booking. Event cancellations must be received in writing. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to a party there will be a 50-percent refund. If a cancellation is made more than two weeks before the party, a 75-percent refund will be given.
Additional Details: You will have 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to setup and decorate as needed. Guests must depart the indoor space within 30 minutes of the scheduled end time of the event.
