A Mystery Adventure for Fairies, Elves, and Wizards!
There is so much magic in the forest that with a trained eye we can begin to see! In this very special Family Adventure we will head into the forest to find the fairies, elves, and wizards that make their home there. We will learn how to find them, help them, make music with them, and even build them some spaces to play! This day is designed for families to come and play together. Many of the children already know how to intuitively play with these wonderful creative spirits and the day is as much about them teaching the adults as the other way around. It is a creative, outdoor space for all of our to explore our imagination, intuition, and special powers!
The day is held in our special outdoor yoga studio and artful forest trail. We will spend the entire day outside weather permitting, so families are encouraged to come dressed for the outdoors. A parent or guardian must stay with their children throughout the day (but multiple parents or guardians are welcome!). All ages are welcome!

Our picnic lunch will be enjoyed in our screened outdoor yoga studio. Throw down blankets and dive in to some simple healthy eats for all to enjoy, including many plant-based and gluten-free options. If anyone in your family has any allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know!
Retreat Guides
Your Forest Frenzy Adventure will be led by two interdimensional parents, Jennifer Kavanagh and Jena Newton. Both mothers of young families and an interest in allowing for creative play among children, Jennifer and Jena have been experimenting with new ways of learning with children rather than focusing solely on teaching them. We know they have so much to teach us in the process as well.
Jennifer is the founder of Pura Vida Soul Institute with a background in yoga, meditation, and contemplative practices used to support parents to opening to the vast amount of wisdom that exists in our selves and the world around us.
Jena is a lifelong creative with an innate understanding of how sound, music, movement, and art can be used to help children communicate and express themselves more openly.
Together we combine a variety of new and old practices to bring children and families together. Most importantly to allow them to play together, strengthening their bond and learning new ways to navigate an ever changing world.
